Marketing Makeover Challenge Winner Hans Ziegenbein
Hans Ziegenbein, a practitioner with @properties in Chicago, took top honors in the REALTOR® Magazine and HP “Marketing Makeover Challenge: Stage Your Business for Success.”

As the Marketing Makeover Challenge comes to a close, the REALTORS® reflected on the brand development “bootcamp” as well as the impact their new materials could have on their business. They also discussed their overall experience using the HP Officejet Pro and HP’s online marketing services, and revealed direct feedback from prospective and existing clients on their new marketing materials.

For week five of the Marketing Makeover Challenge, the REALTORS® used their newly established brand image to start a dialogue with clients and prospects. This week, they created customized newsletters to share information about available properties and provide an outlet to solicit feedback from clients.
